    This position is located in the Atlanta, GA area.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • To effectively and efficiently manage and lead a team to maintain a high level of performance.
    • Manage sales process from initial call to post-service follow-up to insure the best possible customer experience.
    • Develop and train future sales representatives.
    • Develop and manage Inside Sales Team to achieve performance goals.
    • Take inbound calls from consumers interested in our services
    • Make outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services online
    • Sells residential pest control services and other services aligned with standard operating procedures
    • Creates service accounts for new customers
    • Schedules inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians
    • Navigating multiple programs simultaneously, entering data real time, placing orders, searching existing accounts, all while comfortably maintaining a friendly conversation
    • Attain conversion goals and other performance metrics including booking rate and monthly revenue sold
    • Initiate and maintain customer- care programs which include telephone surveys and follow up on extra services.

    Requirements:

    • Have and outgoing, friendly attitude, and be willing to help customers solve issues.
    • Work well alone or as a team
    • Be organized, self-motivated, have attention to detail, and have time management skills.
    • Good written and verbal communications skills.
    • Basic skills in reading, writing and math.
    • Ability to adapt and solve complicated issues.
    • Must remain open and flexible to changes in the industry, as well as the growth and evolution of the branch office.
    • Pass a background check / drug screening
    • Must live within 20-30 miles of Atlanta or the surrounding area.

    Preferred:

    2 years of inside sales experience

    Compensation/benefits:

    $70,000 to $120,000+ per year
