Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide uncompromising customer service
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Plan, direct, coordinate and execute strategic operating plan.
  • Manage route to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Occasional travel to other branch office Locations.
  • Maintain open communication for a positive and effective work culture company wide.
  • Maintain fleet, equipment, and material inventory
  • Other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Prefer strong background in Pest Control, Termite, and/or Wildlife control.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to train, coach and motivate.
  • Strong verbal and written communications as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with all departments and employees within the organization.
  • Must live in the Clearwater, FL area and have reliable transportation
  • Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Business process analysis skills with ability to recommend appropriate changes for improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Available for occasional travel as well as participate in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass motor vehicle record search

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 /year

This position is located in the Atlanta, GA area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To effectively and efficiently manage and lead a team to maintain a high level of performance.
  • Manage sales process from initial call to post-service follow-up to insure the best possible customer experience.
  • Develop and train future sales representatives.
  • Develop and manage Inside Sales Team to achieve performance goals.
  • Take inbound calls from consumers interested in our services
  • Make outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about our services online
  • Sells residential pest control services and other services aligned with standard operating procedures
  • Creates service accounts for new customers
  • Schedules inspections and/or quality control visits for sales inspectors and technicians
  • Navigating multiple programs simultaneously, entering data real time, placing orders, searching existing accounts, all while comfortably maintaining a friendly conversation
  • Attain conversion goals and other performance metrics including booking rate and monthly revenue sold
  • Initiate and maintain customer- care programs which include telephone surveys and follow up on extra services.

Requirements:

  • Have and outgoing, friendly attitude, and be willing to help customers solve issues.
  • Work well alone or as a team
  • Be organized, self-motivated, have attention to detail, and have time management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Basic skills in reading, writing and math.
  • Ability to adapt and solve complicated issues.
  • Must remain open and flexible to changes in the industry, as well as the growth and evolution of the branch office.
  • Pass a background check / drug screening
  • Must live within 20-30 miles of Atlanta or the surrounding area.

Preferred:

2 years of inside sales experience

Compensation/benefits:

$70,000 to $120,000+ per year
