I have used Nextgen after being disappointed with the large national named exterminating companies who have frequent personnel changes and offer poor exterminating results but do offer large attractive adds.     Nextgen always shows up on time, has the same techs, are detailed oriented and offer proven positive results.   They are a veteran owned business and hire vets as well.   I plan to continue renewing my contracts with them; I have a very large office and they respond when I need them and take care of my pest issue promptly. Shannon was very knowledgeable and very well experienced about her job! Definitely enjoyed the laughter and conversation during appt. Definitely felt comfortable with her in my home.
