Robert showed up during the scheduled time and was extremely thorough in both interior and exterior treatment. I appreciate the phone call prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way; the client services representative also called and texted me yesterday to confirm appointment time. I have signed up for bi-monthly treatment and felt like the hour Robert spent servicing our house was well worth it. Follow up two years later receiving quarterly service: I continue to be impressed with NEXTGEN Pest Solutions. They are super flexible with rescheduling and communicative day of when they plan to arrive.
