 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Called NEXTGEN Pest Solutions yesterday at 4 PM for new service and a technician was here by 12 noon today. Robert showed up during the scheduled time and was extremely thorough in both interior and exterior treatment. I appreciate the phone call prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way; the client services representative also called and texted me yesterday to confirm appointment time. I have signed up for bi-monthly treatment and felt like the hour Robert spent servicing our house was well worth it. Follow up two years later receiving quarterly service: I continue to be impressed with NEXTGEN Pest Solutions. They are super flexible with rescheduling and communicative day of when they plan to arrive. Shannon is my usual service person and she always does an exceptionally thorough job and goes above and beyond to make sure any of my pest concerns are heard and addressed!
