Our technician, Shannon, has been absolutely stellar. Excellent communication, timely, thorough, polite, and attentive to our issues. Called NEXTGEN Pest Solutions yesterday at 4 PM for new service and a technician was here by 12 noon today. Robert showed up during the scheduled time and was extremely thorough in both interior and exterior treatment. I appreciate the phone call prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way; the client services representative also called and texted me yesterday to confirm appointment time. I have signed up for bi-monthly treatment and felt like the hour Robert spent servicing our house was well worth it. Follow up two years later receiving quarterly service: I continue to be impressed with NEXTGEN Pest Solutions. They are super flexible with rescheduling and communicative day of when they plan to arrive. Ok so I don't usually leave reviews but I HAD to for this one 😭 called Shoayb after finding literally an ant highway in my kitchen and bro showed up same day, was super chill, explained everything he was doing instead of just spraying and dipping like some companies do. Didn't try to upsell me on some crazy package either which I appreciated bc I've been burned before lol.
